- New students (and students returning from a leave) are subject to a 2-month blackout period at the beginning of the year during which claims cannot be submitted. Eligible expenses can be claimed and will be reimbursed by the insurer after this period.
- To be eligible for direct billing, all students must register and login to their benefits portal at https://my.canadalife.com/sign-in and update their contact information 48 hours prior to their exam.

HOW TO FIND US
Wyckham House Student Centre (Lower Level), 4825 Mount Royal Gate SW
- Enter from Richardson Way to the North or West of Campus
- Park in Lot 2 (Visitor Parking)
- Enter campus through the Wyckham House Entrance next to the West Gate
- Once inside, take an immediate left towards the food court
- Just before you enter the food court, take the stairs on your right to the basement (signs posted – elevator access also available)
- We’re located immediately at the bottom of the stairs
